Musical Theatre Classes

MAGICAL MUSICALS I-is open to anyone in Elementary school. (Min grade Kintergarten). This is a class for children who have done very little musical theater and are just beginning to develop their acting skills, projecting techniques, memorization talents. Children are trained with understanding and serenity while they begin to learn this process. They will have one 1/2 hour performance on stage.

Meets Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm

from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

 

MAGICAL MUSICALS II/III -is open to anyone in Middle School and High School. This is a class for children who are ready for a bigger commitment. This class will work on the development of character, accents, vocal techniques, presentation, and dance skills. This class will perform a musical with about 5 or more songs lasting about 1/2 hour. They will have one performances on stage.

Meets Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm

RISING STARS COMPANY CLASS

Is open to anyone between the ages of 8-18. This is an advanced pre-professional; acting class for students who are ready to learn a full length musical lasting usually2 hours with about 12-15 songs.

A professional Director, Musical Director, Orchestra, Choreographer,          Stage Manager, Technical Crew and Costumes are utilized.

This class will work on the development of character, accents, vocal techniques, presentation, and dance skills. Students will have a minimum of two public performances on a professional stage.

Performances are open to the public and tickets are sold separately. In addition, a cast party is planned following the final performances.

14 week course.

Meets:  Thursday from 5:30pm-7:30pm, 

& Sundays from 1:00pm-5:00pm

Semester Tuition: $450.00 per student.
